The objective of this programme is to provide legal support to survivors to protect their right to justice.

OUTCOME:
  • Attainment of justice within 3 years after filing of FIR through sustained initiatives such as speedy trial, victim centric processes for recording of evidence, alteration of charges, protest petition, in-custody trial, etc.
  • At least 40% conviction rate in human trafficking, sexual abuse and exploitation cases being supported
  • An integrated well-functioning criminal justice system resulting in deterrence to the crime.
