Vihaan is a project of WMS, a non-governmental organisation with bases in the cities of Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Patna. WMS is a registered charitable society under the provisions of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and the BPT Act 1950.
